I have spent more than a decade designing complex digital products across telecom, fintech, procurement intelligence, restaurant operations and AI-native software. My work sits between product strategy, interaction design and implementation. I am most useful when the workflow is ambiguous, the system is complex and the team needs someone who can turn AI capability into something people can understand, control and trust.
